There&#8217;s no need to wait that long this time, to continue on a good footing \ud83d\ude09.<\/p>\n<h3>Information and answers<\/h3>\n<p>We invite all co-operators to consult the documents below and send us your <strong>questions, remarks and suggestions before February, 7<\/strong>. Either by email (<a href=\"mailto:vunderatert+AG@gmail.com\">vunderatert+AG@gmail.com<\/a>), or (preferably) <strong>with a comment at the bottom of this page<\/strong>. If you wish to add your own points of discussion, please send them to us by email until 7 February: <a href=\"mailto:vunderatert+AG@gmail.com\">vunderatert+AG@gmail.com<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Participation<\/h2>\n<p>As you normally already know, the cooperative needs to strengthen its active team.<\/p>\n<p>We therefore appeal to all people of good will who would like to share some of their time and skills to <strong>help us in the management of the cooperative<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>accounting (to draw up the annual accounts and to revise them)<\/li>\n<li>communication (mainly digital) about our actions (meat, juices, vegetables, workshops, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>coordination of volunteers helping with weekly vegetable distributions<\/li>\n<li>tracking of payments and meat parcel orders<\/li>\n<li>organising the distribution of meat parcels<\/li>\n<li>the organisation of fruit harvests in the surrounding orchards (in season)<\/li>\n<li>the delivery of our vegetables to the communities of the canton (1 x per week)<\/li>\n<li>the organisation of the general meeting and the preparation of the related information.<\/li>\n<li>the launch of another project that is close to your heart in terms of the values of our cooperative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please send us a short email (<a href=\"mailto:vunderatert+CA@gmail.com\">vunderatert+CA@gmail.com<\/a>) to let us know if you are available for any of this work, or if you have any questions, <strong>before February 7th<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Election of a new Managing Director<\/h2>\n<p>After 5 years of dedicated, motivated and impactful service, Ingrid Van der Kley wishes to end her role as Managing Director this year.<\/p>\n<p>We are therefore looking for a volunteer to fill this important task, whose role is relatively open, in line with the <a href=\"https:\/\/vunderatert.lu\/2020\/11\/nos-status\/\">values and ethics of our cooperative<\/a>.
